Welcome

Welcome, and thank you for visiting Udon Thani English Mass  online. Please feel free to read more about our church on this site, or come in for a visit. We would love to greet you and share with you our love for Jesus Christ and for you, our neighbor.

Our Mission

Today's Readings

Twenty-sixth Sunday

in Ordinary Time

Year (B)

First Reading - Num 11:25-29

Are you jealous for my sake? Would that all the people of the Lord were prophets!

Second Reading - Jas 2:1-6

Your wealth has rotted away.

Gospel - Mk 9:38-43, 45,47-48

Whoever is not against us is for us. If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off.

Reflection

Today's readings call my attention to two vices: jealousy and greed. Jishua wants Moses to stop two men from prophesying, but Moses instead wishes that all the people would prophesy.

Participants are welcome to volunteer to read the First or Second reading.
